Order processing is completed within 2 business days.
Standard shipping typically arrives between 4-8 business days once your order has been processed. Standard service is provided with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
We offer an assortment of Silicone products for an array of very different mediums, e.g., Concrete, clay, chocolate, wax, soaps, and resin. Each medium has different techniques applied by each artist, from novice to professional.
Because we can not control each technique and/or mediums used, we do not reimburse nor do we replace molds once they are used. The only exception, of course, would be if the silicone itself was damaged when it was delivered.
